Data Retention Policy

Farm ownership
Each farm owns its operational data and can export it at any time in CSV (Excel-compatible) form.
Subscription lapse
When a subscription expires, the account enters a grace period, then may be suspended. Records are retained, not deleted.
Deletion requests
Account closure and data deletion are requested from Settings, confirmed by GearUp administration with the farm owner, and executed only after the configured retention period. No destructive automatic deletion is performed.
Retention period
The default retention period after confirmed closure is 12 months unless the farm owner requests earlier deletion in writing. Retention periods are configurable per agreement.
