What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), farm profile information, and the operational records your farm chooses to enter (production, feed, health, sales, expenses, files).
How it is used
Solely to provide the PoultryPro service to your farm: showing your records to your authorised team, generating your reports and alerts, and operating your subscription.
Tenant privacy
Each farm is a separate tenant. Database-level Row Level Security prevents any farm from accessing another farm’s records or files. GearUp staff access to private farm records requires a written reason, is time-limited, is recorded in your audit history, and the farm owner is notified.
Sharing
Farm records are not sold or shared with third parties. Infrastructure providers (database, hosting, email delivery) process data only to run the service.
Your rights
Authorised farm users can export farm records at any time and can request account closure or data deletion from Settings.
